    Mediocre seller listing experience, don’t feel like he did everything in his capacity and used his expertise to give accurate, timely advice to help sell my house quickly, especially in a slow market for sellers, there is no room for mistakes! But instead of doing more marketing and presenting the house in the best light possible, he kept advising me to lower the price, which still did not get results! After 6 months with no offers, I had no choice but to go with someone else after my contract expired. I listed with a new agent with the same amount of 10+ years experience as Clarence, and got 2 offers within a week of listing my house! If you want a sharp cutting edge realtor with all the tools available to weather any market, then maybe this is not the right fit. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing at best. Would not recommend.

    Outstanding realtor! Full service also which is near impossible to find. Not only did he negotiate a top dollar sale price. He organized a group of companies to complete minor repairs and maintenance upgrades throughout home at excellent prices. Most importantly, the home I was selling was a rental and my location was inconveniently miles away. Clarence handled everything and checked in on the house frequently besides supervising repair work. He was a true professional in every way including educating me on Chicago Title company process and convoluted forms. What I liked most was his style in servicing me, his sincerity and importantly his honesty!!

    My experience with Clarence was superb. We met a couple of years ago when I first became interested in investing in real estate. The market conditions were not quiet right then and after running the numbers we agreed to wait. We reconnected late 2023?and closed our first new construction buy in late February 2024. Clarence provided experienced guidance to help me navigate the process but left the decisions to me. He is always available and responsive to my questions even when I inquired late at night. He is timely and responds within minutes. When I was unable to make a meeting with my builder, Clarence was able to attend and truly represent me. I highly recommend him and pray we do many more deals together.

    I reached out to Clarence in the summer of 2022 when I was relocating to Houston . He was a pleasure to work with. He explained the process and happily showed me tons of homes. There were 3 I put an offer in on, then last minute withdrew my offer and decided to lease an apartment instead . My lease was now coming to an end and I was looking to buy. It was only right to contact him.He was overly excited to hear from me and actually remembered who I was. I was slightly hesitate to reach back out as I thought he wouldn't take me serious this time around, but nope !!! Once again he showed me tons of homes and advised me on different areas. He was always on time , professional and personable. He listened to what I wanted and made great suggestions. While viewing the homes Clarence walked though as if he was buying the house and checked things I would have never thought to check. This put my mind at ease as I knew I was in good hands.Once WE decided on a house , he discussed my options with putting in a offer and the pros and cons ( I said we as he compared what I wanted vs what each place had to offer and how it will fit the goals I had in mind) After under contract I felt tons of anxiety and may have texted/called him at least twice a day. He always available. After closing on the house and receiving the keys , I was very surprised to see he went out his was to get a huge “welcome home”yard sign. To conclude my review, Clarence made my 1st time buying a home fun. His personality is one of a kind. He is very relatable, knowledge and personable. His confidence shined bright and reassured me through out the process. I have referred 2 of my close friends to him.

My home went on the market on Friday and we had it sold by Monday. This was the easiest process i have ever gone thru with no issues at all.
